Dumpling Sauce

This sauce goes great with "pot stickers" the gooey dumplings available in the freezer section of Asian stores! **Signed by Vince** 03:21, February 4, 2011 (UTC)

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 tablespoons of dark

1 teaspoon of salt 3 tablespoons white or brown sugar 2 teaspoons each of minced peeled fresh ginger & garlic 2 teaspoon sesame oil 3 tablespoons of rice vinegar

3 tablespoons of Chinese cooking wine

½ teaspoon of hot sauce
