Basic Asian Eggs

This one is a favorite of Viv's and a breeze to whip up in a hurry to go with some leftover rice. I called it an omelet, but its consistency is supposed to be somewhere between an omelet and scrambed eggs (but will be tasty in any case). Flycogen 00:13, February 14, 2011 (UTC)


  • 2 Oz Ground Pork
  • 3 Eggs, Beaten
  • 1 large Spanish onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 Medium Tomatoes Sliced
  • 1 Scallion Sliced
  • 1 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon cooking oil
  • Dash Sugar
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic, Minced


  • Heat the Oil in a Medium-Large Pan or Wok
  • Brown the Garlic (Just a few Seconds if your oil is hot)
  • Add onion and stir untl soft
  • Add tomato and cook until soft
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and stir gently until the egg is cooked through.
